Who else is as hyped as we are, for Buckwyld ‘n’ Breathless this year?!
You should be!
Remember last year when 2Baba and M.I shutdown Eko Hotel, alongside other artistes for the 2016 Buckwyld ‘n’ Breathless Disruption concert? Guess what? This year is going to be even better!
2baba, Tiwa Savage and Flavour, as well as other A-listers, are ready to give you ‘The Lagos Dream’, as they headline this year’s fully scripted Buckwyld ‘n’ Breathless concert.
So where else would you be on the 22nd of October, 2017 other than Convention Centre, Eko Hotels, Victoria Island.
Here’s 2Baba telling you what to expect:
Here’s a little background from the organisers of the show
Buckwyld ‘n’ Breathless is a modular fully scripted production that features a deft use of props, elaborate costume, audio-visual content, special effects and a large support cast to deliver an exhilarating concert experience.
Originally built around the enthralling catalogue of 2face Idibia, Buckwyld N Breathless showcases the legend amidst a stellar cast of the best in the game in a pulsating no-breaks interpretation of a line up of some of the biggest hits of the last two decades.
Advancements in recording technology has caused a sharp decline in musicianship. The use of programmed beats and tones to create and perform music and the over-reliance on backing tracks and lip-synching by a host of Africa’s new generation star acts has led to concert-goers feeling short-changed.
2Baba, aka 2face Idibia, the leading light of the new generation of African elite performers worked with Buckwyld Media Network and Now Muzik to deliver the game-changing concert experience that redefined the standards in 2010 – 2face Live: Buckwyld ‘n’ Breathless.
The success of BNB has encouraged more new generation artistes to embrace live performance format. More and more promoters have since adopted scripting – in part or wholly – to deliver concerts to the audience.
