Though it comes with its risk factors and it is quite addictive, coffee actually provides a lot of benefits. The active ingredient in coffee is caffeine. Apart from being warm and energising, coffee contains a lot of antioxidants which can be beneficial for overall health, if consumed in adequate amounts. You should not binge on coffee because if it’s consumption is exceeded, it may lead to restlessness or insomnia.
