Whenever you get stuck in a rut or when you’re off on the wrong path completely, the universe will start using various signs to point this out to you. These are hints that maybe you should take a hard look at where you are, what you’re doing, and what you’re going to do about your situation. Here are 7 signs you are stuck in the rut and that you may need to make some life changes.
Absolutely everything is harder than it should be
There are constant delays, unexpected problems, etc. Everything you try to do is a monumental effort. Things that should be straightforward to accomplish, aren’t. You’ll find that you always seem to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Nothing you do seems to move you forward no matter how hard you try. You are out of sync with everyone and everything.
You feel like you’re constantly ending up in the same situation
You try so hard to change things yet the more you try, the more things get worse. It means you are stuck in the rut. Try to be creative and make changes so that your life can be more interesting & exciting.
You lack joy, you’re tired, you lack enthusiasm
Deep down you know something isn’t right. Your heart tells you that you’re not in the right place and you’re not going in the right direction. You may feel trapped and hopeless. You may start to feel anxiety about things yet not even really understand why you are feeling the way you do.
You worry about everything
You don’t trust things to go right and really with your experiences lately, why should you? You don’t have confidence in your decisions and you’ve lost touch with your inner self.
Life just feels like it is a constant struggle
Physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally you are drained. You just go through the motions just to make it through the day. You just don’t know what to do anymore.
Your creativity went down the drain
You used to free-flow with ideas and your productivity is high. Now you can barely be bothered to do things differently. You may not notice this lack of creativity unless you’re somebody whose job depends on creative output.
You keep reminiscing about the past
Everyone gets nostalgic from time to time. You like to think of pleasant, happy memories that evoke powerful emotions. But when those memories are used to substitute experiences in the present, it’s a sign that you’re stuck somewhere you don’t want to be.
