One of Netflix’s biggest television series, Orange Is The New Black, is coming to an end. Orange Is the New Black, the women’s prison-based comedy drama, made it’s Netflix debut in 2013 and has since become one of Netflix’s most-watched original series.
In a video on the show’s official Twitter account, the cast members promised the show would go out with a bang.

Responding to the news, creator of the show Jenji Kohan said: “After seven seasons, it’s time to be released from prison. I will miss all the badass ladies of Litchfield and the incredible crew we’ve worked with. My heart is orange but fade to black.”Since its streaming service debut, Orange Is The New Black has been nominated for 12 Emmys and became the first series to feature in both the drama and comedy categories. The final series is expected to arrive in the summer of 2019.
