Winner of the Best Short Film Award at the 2018 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA), Michael ‘Ama Psalmist’ Akinrogunde has presented his award to the Group Managing Director, Access Bank, Herbert Wigwe.

Michael visited the head office of the bank in Victoria Island, Lagos in the company of the Accelerate TV team to show appreciation to the bank for the role it played in his success story.
Michael won the award based on a film he developed during the Accelerate Filmmaker Project, an initiative of Accelerate TV, an Access Bank team.

His film was titled Penance and it was shot, supervised, executive produced and edited by the Accelerate TV team.
Michael also visited the Accelerate office, where he chatted with the team about his plans for the future and the importance of opportunities in uplifting the film making career of Nigerian youths.
