Virgil Abloh was the star of the latest Paris Fashion Week Men’s spring/summer 2020 runway with the array of familiar faces that walked the runway for his Louis Vuitton brand.
One of such familiar faces was Arsenal defender, Hector Bellerin. He absolutely stood out in who stood out in a head-to-toe hot pink ensemble, which was made up of a striking pair of pink shorts and a snakeskin hoodie adorned with rope.
The 24-year-old is not shy of showing his love for fashion, as Bellerin has often been spotted at London Fashion Week since making his first-team debut at Arsenal aged 18. This show marked his catwalk debut.
The Spaniard, who is currently recovering from a knee injury that he sustained against Chelsea back in January, seemed overjoyed with his temporary transition from football to fashion.
Taking to Instagram after the show he said: “Don’t let them tell you, it’s not possible. Thank you to to @virgilabloh & @LouisVuitton for the opportunity”.
Bellerin was originally ruled out with his knee injury for “six to nine months”, with Arsenal hoping he would recover in time for the new season, but Bellerin is now set to miss at least the first six weeks of the 2019-20 campaign.
South Korean rapper Song Mino was also a pastel-clad model at the event.
