And just like that, 12 weeks are up. It feels like just yesterday when we came up with the idea to do this competition. And looking back at all the pictures and social media posts you guys have been putting up is making us feel all sorts of things.
If you haven’t been participating then sadly, it’s a bit too late for you. But if you have, then here’s a reminder of what the competition is about and what you stand to gain.
The winner will be announced this week but in the mean time it’s important to remember that the whole point of this competition was to help you stay fit and healthy. So it’s not to go back to eating eba for breakfast oh- you have to stay disciplined, stick to the routine you’ve developed and keep paying attention to our tips.
Here’s all the tips given so far:
- Start with a healthy diet
- Keep an eye on portions
- Eat regularly (don’t skip meals) and choose healthy low-calorie snacks
- Keep a food diary
- Get enough sleep
- Consider weighing yourself regularly—at least once a week
- Set realistic goals and have a realistic body image
- Eat slowly, chew well
- Get adequate protein (and include some with all meals)
- Don’t rely on willpower
Making just a few changes in your lifestyle can help you live healthier and live longer. So try to stick to these and stay looking gorgeous!
