Rising Nigerian menswear brand, Attire Quest has released its spring/summer 2018 collection titled Afro Fusion inspired by the conversation of wearable art into trendy menswear.
The collection has an array of matching Kaftan sets in dark hues combined with aso-oke linings, floral embroidery and Aztec patterned print, Agbada fused with aso-oke hem and other designs, giving us an interesting perspective on traditional menswear.
Here is the statement released with the collection:
“The culture of Africa is varied and manifold, consisting of a mixture of tribes that each have their own unique characteristics. It is a product of the diverse populations that today in habit the continent of African Diaspora.
“The African culture really is our pride, so for Spring/Summer’18 Attire Quest is infusion the culture into wearable art thus showcasing the culture to the New Generation Africans & The World at large but in a Trendy menswear version.
“This comprises of Kaftans & Agbadas in different cuts, shapes & colours palettes all with a unique arrangement & structure.”
