Access Bank held the first edition of the Born In Africa Festival on Sunday, December 16, 2018 and it was nothing but spectacular. The event which took place at the Eko Atlantic Center saw Nigerian A-List acts in their best form with energizing, spirited and vibrant performances.

The concert which was a showcase of the best African fashion, art and music had to offer kicked off with Falz. Falz thrilled the crowd with his array of hits and as usual was able to captivate the crowd and keep spell bound. Next up was Awilo Longomba who severed the crowd some massive throwback with his old hits. Flavor, Yemi Alade were also crowd thrillers with their individual performances.

Tiwa Savage kicked the gear up a bit when she took over with her performance. She performed her hits like ‘All Over’, ‘Kele Kele Love’, ‘My Darlin’ and other hits. Kizz Daniel and the Koko Master Dbanj didn’t disappoint either.

As the concert waned to its end, the biggest ovation of night was left for Olamide and Burna Boy. Olamide’s performance was truly an intimate experience, the crowd rapped line for line with him to some of his biggest records. Burna closed the show with his energetic performance of Ye and with that the Born In Africa Fest came to an end.
