All is now set for Sprint legend, Usain Bolt who is set to join Australian club Central Coast Mariners for a training period though he won’t be offered a professional contract.
The 31-year old expressed his joy over the opportunity given him in his quest to start a footballing career.
He said; “I am very excited about coming to Australia, It has been my dream to play professional football and I know that it will involve a lot of hard work and training to get to the level required to play and make an impact in the A-League.”
This will be the third club Bolt will train with, having had a training stint with Borussia Dortmund, South African club Sundowns and Norway’s Stromsgodset.
