H&M recently released a featured a black child modeling a hoodie with the writing “Coolest Monkey in the Jungle” on its website.
Lots of celebrities have taken to social media to express their outrage over H&M’s monkey sweatshirt ad labeling it as racist and disgusting. P Diddy has also come out to offer the child in the ad a million dollars modelling contract.
Despite H&M taking down the picture from their website and issuing a public apology, this has not stopped artistes like The Weeknd and G-Eazy from cancelling their collaboration with the clothing brand.
