Another exciting edition of The Champions League!

In Group E, the holders Liverpool beat Genk 2-1 in a game they dominated however the Belgians did threaten and pose some credible threats. Napoli drew with the impressive Salzburg, with teenager Haaland netting once more. Liverpool now sit top of the group with Napoli 2nd.

Group F saw a surprise result with Barcelona drawing at home with Slavia Prague, the second game in the group was perhaps the most exciting going in to the match day. Dortmund came back from 2 nil down to beat Conte’s Inter Milan. Barcelona top the group with 8 points and with Dortmund sat in second with 7 points.

In Group G, Leipzig put 2 without response passed Zenit and Lyon beat Benfica 3-1. Leipzig top the group with Lyon in 2nd.

Group H saw what was actually the most exciting game of the night, it saw Chelsea come back from 4-1 down against Ajax, The dutch champions received 2 red cards and Chelsea did grab what they thought was the winner but was ruled out by VAR controversially. In the second group game, Valencia beat Lille 4-1. Ajax, Chelsea and Valencia all currently sit on 7 points.
