Celebrated Nigerian writer Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie is perhaps one of the biggest advocates of the #BuyNigerian movement. And she does put her money where her mouth is as she’s repeatedly spotted wearing pieces from both renowned and emerging Nigerian fashion brands.
This time, she attended UBC Connects public lecture held at University of British Columbia looking every inch uber stylish in a men’s wear brand JZO pastel pink ensemble featuring asymmetrical edges, a cape and form-fitting pants. The collection debuted at the Lagos Fashion Week last year.
She matched the look with bi-colored pumps, minimalist makeup and her signature fro to go with.
