Former Leicester manager, Claudio Ranieri has been appointed the new manager of French side Nantes.
The Ligue 1 side received special dispensation from the French league body to appoint the Italian, as he reached the manager’s age limit of 65 last year.
Ranieri led Leicester City to the Premier League title in 2015-16 season but was sacked in February with the club battling relegation after a run of five league losses in a row while languishing below the table.
Ranieri succeeds Sergio Conceicao after the former Portugal winger left Nantes in order to take over at Porto.
