Dua Lipa has responded to rumours that she will record the theme song for the next James Bond movie.

According to reports, Dua Lipa is currently leading ahead of Adele, Ed Sheeran and Jessie J as favourite to record the track for the upcoming 25th Bond movie – which is due for release in November.

Now in a recent interview , the singer has downplayed the rumours – but stressed that she is very interested.

She said: “I don’t know. I would love to do it, but I’m not recording it…so far…I don’t want to jinx it. I would love to do it.”

Recent James Bond songs have been performed by the likes of Sam Smith, Adele, Jack White and Alicia Keys. Beyoncé has also reportedly been in talks to be involved.
