Eminem has announced the release date for his ninth studio album, and it is December 15, 2017.

The award winning rap star made the announcement through a comical video where the announcer claimed that ‘No one has ever seen Eminem’.

Whatever the case, Eminem advises that Revival be ‘used as prescribed’.

Ever since the first clue dropped in July, fans have been patiently waiting for confirmation on when Eminem’s new album was dropping. Thankfully, the wait is over.

Eminem recently performed “Walk On Water” off the forthcoming album, at the 2017 EMAs. The single featuring Beyoncé, debuted at 14 on the Billboard Hot 100, though as an Eminem fan Twitter account pointed out, it was the rapper’s first since not to debut in the top 10 since 1998. Em was also on SNL last week where he also performed “Walk On Water”, “Stan” and “Love The Way You Lie”.

With the commercial success of “Walk On Water”, we are looking forward to what Slim Shady has in stock for us with “Revival”.

Revival” which is set for release on the 15th of December comes four years after the release of “Marshall Mathers LP 2″, his last project.
