Highly decorated Portland Timbers Nigerian striker Fanendo Adi has decided to move on after leaving the club.
The former Super Eagles invitee came off the bench in the 75th minute to net the winning goal five minutes later in what was his last game with the club.
Portland Timbers had earlier announced on their official website that the game against Houston Dynamo was to be Adi’s final game as a Timbers player.
During his four-year spell with the club, the 27-year-old scored 53 goals in 125 MLS regular season appearances and helped Portland Timbers to win the 2015 MLS Cup.
It is being reported that he has struck personal terms with FC Cincinnati.
