After widespread criticisms of the harsh sentence handed Meek Mill by judge Genece Brinkley, the FBI is now looking into the judge who sentenced the rapper to two to four years in prison for violating parole.

Meek’s attorney, Joe Tacopina has indicated that Judge Brinkley acted from a personal vendetta.

Tacopina claims that Brinkley repeatedly asked Meek to end his relations with Roc Nation and begin management with a personal acquaintance, something that is – needless to say – very out of line on a legal basis.

According to reports, the FBI’s intentions that “The feds have an interest in the judge and her potential relationships. This is an investigation looking into a possible extortionate demand. Undercover agents have been in the courtroom monitoring the Meek proceedings since April 2016.”
