The Law of Attraction is one of the most powerful laws in the universe. The Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. So, if you stay focused on the good and positive things in your life, you will automatically attract more good and positive things into your life. If you are focused upon lack and negativity, then that is what will be attracted into your life. The Law of Attraction uses the power of the mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts and materialize them into reality.


Whatever you are thinking and feeling at any given time is basically your request to the universe for more of the same. Whether we are doing it knowingly or unknowingly, every second of our existence, we are acting as human magnets sending out our thoughts and emotions and attracting back more of what we have put out. Because your energy vibrations will attract energy back to you of the same frequencies, you need to make sure that you are continually sending out energy, thoughts, and feelings that resonate with what you want to be, do, and experience. You can use the law of attraction to attract money, improve your health, manifest love and relationships, get that special job…etc.

How to use the law of attraction:


1. Ask The Universe For What You Want, Not What You Do Not want

Because the Law of Attraction states that you’ll attract into your life whatever you give your energy, focus, and attention to—wanted or unwanted. You must become more intentional about what you think and feel. To do this,  you’ll need to decide what you want and also practice feeling those emotions you’ll experience when you have it.


2. Believe You’ll get what you want

This means maintaining a positive expectancy, going about your day with certainty. It’s deciding with conviction that what you want is absolutely going to happen. To do this, you must change your limiting beliefs into thoughts that you are worthy, deserving, lovable, capable, good enough, and smart enough to receive what you want. You have to truly believe that you are deserving of the thing you are asking for and that you’ve gotten it already. Once you believe this, go about your day with that certainty.

3. Take Action

Once you believe that you’ll get what you want, the second part of the equation is to take action. Taking the actions that would create your desired result affirms your belief that what you want is within reach. Apply for that new job, go for that gym class, text that man that you’re attracted to—take action.


4. Receive What You Want 

In order to receive that which you are intending, you must become a vibrational match for what you want to attract into your life. This means practicing feeling the emotions you would be experiencing if you already had what you wanted.  The easiest way to become a vibrational match is to focus on creating positive emotions of love, joy, appreciation, and gratitude throughout your day.  You can do this by doing the things that make you happy eg reading, listening to music, watching a funny video, journaling etc.
