Five women who have accused Bill Cosby of sexually assaulting them will testify at his upcoming retrial.
According to reports, prosecutors wanted 19 accusers to take the stand against Cosby at his trial, which is scheduled to begin with jury selection on March 29. His retrial on Constand’s accusations will start April 2 in Norristown, Pa.
They will be able to choose who they want to testify, according to the order from Montgomery County Judge Steven O’Neill.
Cosby is charged with drugging and molesting Andrea Constand, a former Temple University basketball coach, at his home in suburban Philadelphia in 2004.
His first trial ended last year with a hung jury following nearly 60 hours of deliberations.
