The nominees list for the 70th Primetime Emmy Awards slated to hold on the 17th of September has been unveiled. The list packs together some of our favorite movies, actors and TV shows which include “Game of Thrones”,  John Legend, Donald Glover, Letitia Wright, Tiffany Haddish and more.

This year’s Emmy Awards will honor the best in U.S. prime time television programming from June 1, 2017 until May 31, 2018.

This year’s nominees list sees “Game of Thrones” leading the pack with 22 nominations, followed by another HBO show, “Westworld” and “Saturday Night Live” which had 21 each.

Also for the first time in 17 years, Netflix overthrows HBO as the most nominated network with 112 nominations. HBO, which had been the most nominated network since 2001 has 108 nominations.

John Legend was nominated in the ‘Lead Actor in a Limited Series or Movie’ category for his role in “Jesus Christ Superstar,” while Letitia Wright was nominated in the ‘Supporting Actress in Limited Series or Movie category’ for her role in “Black Mirror: Black Museum”.

The award ceremony will hold at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The “Saturday Night Live” Weekend Update anchors, Colin Jost and Michael Che will host the ceremony.
