Rinse it off with some lukewarm water.

Do this remedy 3-4 times a week for maximum results.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has some very potent minerals like calcium, potassium and magnesium that help to get rid of cellulite on your thighs and bum.

These have the ability to flush out toxins and lower water retention around stomach, bum and thighs which will lead reduction in cellulite and bloating.

Mix 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 2 tablespoons of water. Add honey honey to maximize the effect.

Massage the mixture on the affected area for 5 mins and leave it for 30 minutes.

Rinse with lukewarm water

For a simpler method, mix 3 table spoon full of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink once daily.

Tomato paste


Tomatoes contain a element called lycopene. This element helps to prevent the breakdown of collagen( gives the skin elasticity) and minimizes toxic fat build up.


2 tomatoes Balls

2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice

How to use it

Crush the tomatoes into a paste then add the lime juice to the paste and mix.Gently massage the affected area for 10 minutes and rinse off with like warm water.

Do this once daily for desired results.
