Gucci continues to rule as the world’s biggest fashion brand.

According to a report by “BusinessWeek”, the brand generated 4.2 billion pounds in revenue worldwide in the year 2008 and became the highest selling Italian brand and has since then dominated world record.


The Lyst Index , a quarterly report that analyses online shopping behaviour, published back in October, 2018, that the Off-White fashion brand jumped over a whole thirty three steps,  and topped Gucci to take the number one spot

But in a recent quarterly publication by Lyst Lyndex, Gucci has taken its crown back. The report showed that over 5 million shoppers are searching, browsing and buying Gucci products across 12,000 designers and stores online, and is officially the number one label that consumers engage with once more.

To put more in context, over 5 million shoppers browsed online for a Gucci bag, belt or shoe between October and December 2018.

Balenciaga came in third place on the most-buzzed about fashion brand list.
