Start gradually
You should always attempt to create small changes and then increase those changes over time. This is a great way to keep discomfort at bay. So, if you have some tasks to complete, you should break them down to make it easy to achieve.
Try eating something different
One of the things that will help you in your quest to leave your comfort zone is to eat something new. However, some people are a bit hesitant when it comes to this.
Read something completely different
Getting out of your routine is very important when you want to get out of your routine. Reading books is important and can significantly improve your life. But reading a particular genre of books is not good for you. Do as much as much possible to diversify the books you read. It not only expand your horizon but also assist you in the understanding of the world.
Unplug for an entire day
Turn off your phone, the internet, and the television. This will be more uncomfortable than you think.
Call someone you haven’t spoken in a while
If you have not spoken for someone in a while or in at least six months. Just pick up the phone and do it. You’ll feel great about it afterward.
Deal with something that
Tackle something that makes you a little fearful. Go mountain climbing or ride a roller coaster. Give a speech. Take a dance class.
