How to Prepare

  • Wash and slice into small bits the cucumber, lemon or lime, scent leaves and garlic.
  • Add a sizable amout of water into a large jar of water and add the small bits of cucumber, lemon or lime, scent leaves, garlic and a teaspoon of honey.
  • Cover the jar with its lid and refrigrate for 10 minutes.

Enjoy this drink first thing in the morning, inbetween meals and last thing before bed. Add some sit ups and squats for quick improvement.
