Healthy strong natural nails πŸ’…πŸ’ͺ… very proud of my nails… had to take some pics before I finished my mani! I make a nail wash..conditioner and mask specifically for my cuticles and nails… then I make a scrub and special cuticle oil… I been doing this consistently for almost 2 years. My nails went through so many different phases and now they are nice and strong and healthy no chips.. the nails also have elasticity so even when I bang them they no longer break easily…no invisible side cracks. I cant wait to introduce my product to everyone. I'm still perfecting things so it can be great for all nail and cuticles β€πŸ’…πŸ’ͺ stay tuned ladies cuz I'm about to put u all the way on!! . . . #naturalnailsonly #naturalnaillover #naturalnailjourney #naturalbeauty #naturalnailtech #naturalnaillover #naturalnailhealth #wellness #healthynails #nails #nails2inspire #nailjunkie #selfcare #selfmade #selflove #selftaught #girlboss #goodvibes #positivevibes #manicure #followforfollowback #likeforlikes #naturalnails #love #nailsofinstagram #nailstagram

1. Cuticle oil a day keeps bad nails away, a daily slathering of cuticle oil will repair, nourish and moisturize your cuticles making chips and breakage a thing of the past. Healthy cuticle = healthy nails.

2. You should consider taking a Biotin supplement, a biotin deficiency could lead to brittle nails that are prone to peeling and breakage, so supplementing your diet with an extra dose of essential B vitamin is great step into your journey to having healthy nails.

3. Put away your glass nail files and opt for a soft nail file to get the best finish when filing your nails. Soft nail files prevent tearing and splitting of your nails.

Question of the day: Do your nails look Ike this after your gel removal? They should! *β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Proper soak time and gentle removal with the proper tools will have (and keep!) them at their healthiest. The only tools you’ll need are file, foil, acetone, cotton, an orange woodstick, and a buffer. *β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Now getting and keeping this length will be another topic for another day, but the key is CONSISTENCY! *β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” #theelementoftouch #licensedtotouch #touchedbytyranicole #heallthynails #naturalnails #gelremoval #healthytechniques #nailtechniques #clevelandnails #clevelandnailtech #naturalnailsonly #ohionails #masternaturalnailtech #naturalnailspecialist #diynails

4. Use a acetone-free nail polish removers because they are the best for your nails, they are gentle and yet contain effective formulas with the muscle to wipe off remnants of polish in moments.

5. Pick a nail strengthener packed with keratin, this helps fight weak and dry nails leaving your nails healthy and beautiful.
