Popular Culture and Arts publication, Interview Magazine founded by Andy Warhol in 1969 and currently owned by peter Brant has folded up.
The news of the magazine shut down was shared on Twitter by its Staff Members.
The closure came as a result of months of turmoil, including staff being locked out due to rent issues, a lawsuit brought by a former editorial director over back pay and the resignation of a fashion director accused of sexual misconduct.
