Jeff has become the eighth housemate and the third male to be evicted from the Big Brother Naija 2019 house. On Sunday, August 4, 2019, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announced the eviction of Jeff from the Big Brother House.
The banker’s exit comes after spending a total of 35 days and five weeks in the house. This is the fifth eviction in the Big Brother Naija Pepper Dem edition which kicked off in June 30, 2019. Jeff was popular for being the strategist of the house. The 30-year-old banker was the first Head Of House for the housemates. Jeff was nominated for eviction alongside Mike, Omashola and Tacha.
After the first eviction, which saw Isilomo and Avala leaving the house, the ex-housemates said Jeff was living a fake life in the house and playing the strong.
In his chat with Ebuka, Jeff said he doesn’t know why he was Nominated but he felt that he has stepped on a few toes. He further revealed that no matter what, he enjoyed his time with other Housemates.
When asked about KimOprah, the first HoH of the Pepper Dem House told Ebuka that he likes KimOprah’s energy especially the fact that she continues to add value to herself. On his plans after the show, Jeff revealed that he is going to take it one day at a time.
With Jeff gone, this leaves eighteen Housemates still in the race for the ultimate goal of 60 million Naira. Yes, if you missed the announcement Ebuka made, the new Housemates are also competing for the prize. The heat sure has gotten intense.
For the sixth week, the five new housemates won’t have the opportunity to nominate or be nominated for eviction on Monday night, August 4th. The five new housemates will also not be participating in the Head Of House challenge as well as Veto Power games till the seventh week.
