Jennifer Hudson looks glamorous for the November issue of Cosmopolitan as she talks about some of the people she most admires in showbiz.
Jennifer is currently filming the new season of The Voice as coach alongside Blake Shelton, Adam Levine and Miley Cyrus.
The Sex and the City star was asked who her dream co-star would be and she chose fellow Oscar-winner, Jennifer Lawrence.
She was asked to describe her former co-stars in one word.
Of her Dream Girls costar Beyoncé, the 36-year-old star used the word ‘sisterly’ and for her Sex And The City costar Sarah Jessica Parker, the songstress replied ‘genuine’.
She also had kind words for her Sandy Wexler co-star Adam Sandler, who she called ‘funny’ and described her Empire costar Taraji P. Henson as her ‘homegirl’.
Hudson also revealed which of her fellow The Voice coaches she’d pick if she was a contestant on the show, choosing Blake because “we have the most similar taste in music.”
She told cosmo she’d love to guest-star and revealed she would love to make an appearance on HBO’s Insecure with Issa Rae.
She received a supporting actress Academy Award for her role in Dreamgirls in 2007.
Recalling what went through her head as her name was called out on the big night, Hudson told the magazine: “sit down, Jennifer, no one heard that but you”.
Hudson looks gorgeous on the cover of the Fashion magazine wearing a thigh-Skimming black mini dress with bustier bodice and feathered skirt layered over the top pf a sheer white shirt.
In a fun inside shot the actress shows off her toned tummy in a busty black crop top and jeans with jewel-encrusted bomber jacket.
The November issue of Cosmopolitan hits newsstands October 10.
