The weekly conversational Ask Series was super exciting with all-round entertainer, Chigul, real names Chioma Omeruah, as host.

Chigul was joined by Zainab Balogun, Makida Moka, Enyi Omeruah, Omorinsojo Spaine, Soma Of Big Brother Nigeria at the Waterside Ikoyi, venue of the series.

The comedian, singer and actress took the attendees through her life journey and how she landed her role in the Banana Island Ghost movie.

Speaking at this edition, the comedian revealed that, “The name ‘Chigul’ was gotten from a toaster once upon a time,” recalling that she spent 12 years in America before moving back to Nigeria prior to her father’s death.

Asked how she went held up through the period of her father’s death, the comedian said that she being able to wake up the next morning after the incident and go on with life meant she could go on.

“My biggest achievement so far is being the star actress of the movie ‘Banana Island Ghost’,” Chigul said.

She advised caution with people’ social media involvement, noting that that one needs to be careful what one posts on social media because the internet does not forgive.

Chigul not only mentioned that she speaks French, Igbo, Hausa, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, English (American & British), pidgin amongst others, she also showcased her linguistic skills in these languages.

Tagged the “Banana Island Ghost” movie, this edition gave very interesting insights into the movie, the cast and most especially, the role of the star actress Chigul which is to hit the cinemas August 4th, 2017.

The producer of the movie Omorinsojo Spaine also graced the event with an appearance, as well as personalities like Makida Moka, Zainab Balogun, Enyi Omeruah, Somadina Anyama of Big Brother Nigeria, and Footballer Akande Alexander amongst others.

Attendees enjoyed the opportunity to ask questions, network, win B.I.G movie gift boxes and of course enjoy the unique ambience of The Waterside Ikoyi.
