Last season’s NPFL top scorer Junior Lokosa have joined forces with 2017/2018 African Champions Esperance from Kano Pillars for an undisclosed fee in a contract that will will keep him in Tunisia till 2021.
Lokosa finished as last season’s top scorer after scoring 25 goals in 21 matches for the Sai Masu Gida boys and also helped them reach the final of the Nigeria Federation Cup which they lost to eventual winners Enugu Rangers.
The 25-year old will likely lead the charge for the Tunisian club to defend both their domestic and continental titles.
Last year, his proposed moved to Europe collapsed due to undisclosed issues in the deal.
