Now, Rodney Cannon has filed a lawsuit against Bieber, accusing him of assault, battery, and damages to personal property. The court documents claim that Cannon was introduced to Bieber at the hotel and that the star allegedly removed Cannon’s sunglasses without permission.

According to the suit, the incident caused Cannon physical and emotional harm, and he missed multiple days of work because of it. He also claims his sunglasses and clothes were destroyed to a value of more than $1,000. He is seeking damages to be decided at trial. Bieber has yet to comment on the claims or put in a defence.
