Weeks after releasing Jesus Is King, Kanye West is already back in the studio working on new music. Yeezy took to Twitter on Monday (Nov. 18) to announce a Jesus Is King sequel in the works with none other than the legendary Dr Dre.

During his interview with Beats 1’s Zane Lowe surrounding JIK, West stated that he was working on another gospel album titled Jesus Is Born, which he expects to release on Christmas Day (Dec. 25) this year.
Kanye is coming off an eventful weekend, which included an appearance at Joel Osteen’s Lakewood Church for a talk and Sunday Service performance. He also revealed plans for an opera event. Nebuchadnezzar, directed by Vanessa Beecroft, will take place Nov. 24.
