Kevin Spacey is being sued again, this time, for allegedly sexually assaulting a masseur. The actor, who was dropped from Netflix’s House of Cards in 2017 following previous accusations of sexual harassment in the US and UK, now faces legal action concerning allegations of sexual battery, assault, gender violence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.

The accuser says he was hired as a massage therapist by someone acting on Spacey’s behalf in October 2016.

When the man arrived at the private Malibu residence where Spacey was staying, the suit says, he was led into the massage room, at which point Spacey allegedly locked the door behind them.

The man says Spacey complained of “having some pain or discomfort in his groin area” and he was forced to touch Spacey’s genitals twice.

After the first instance in which the man’s hand was forced onto Spacey’s groin, the masseur recoiled but decided to continue the session.

The suit seeks unspecified damages and says the masseur has “suffered and continues to suffer economic harm, loss of earnings and other damages” because of the incident.

Spacey’s downfall started when actor Anthony Rapp alleged he was 14 when Spacey, then 26, made a sexual advance to him in 1986.

Spacey, now 59, said he did not remember the encounter but apologised for any “inappropriate drunken behaviour”.

He was sacked by Netflix’s House Of Cards and Sir Ridley Scott erased him from his completed film All The Money In The World in reshoots costing millions.
