Documents were recently filed based on a recommendation from the Department of Corrections. Kodak served seven months behind bars after pleading guilty to probation violations for driving on a suspended license and associating with people committing crimes.
Kodak was arrested on multiple charges, including grand theft of a firearm, gun possession, drug possession and child neglect, in January.
A month later, prosecutors dropped the gun possession, grand theft and child neglect charges. But, they added additional charges of felony possession of cannabis and possession of ammunition by a delinquent.
