A former security guard named Joshua Jacobs who was accused of stalking Kris Jenner has been ordered by a judge to stay away from reality TV star for the next three years.
Jenner approached the court to grant her a temporary restraining order against Jacobs after he was arrested earlier this month for felony stalking at Jenner’s home.
This was the third time that he has been caught in the act by authorities, and the court obliged.
According to the court ruling, Jacobs is forbidden from going within 100 yards of Jenner’s home, job, and car, and cannot make personal contact with her, indirectly or directly.
Shawn Holley, the Kardashian family attorney responding to the restraining order said: “The Jenner and Kardashian families take their safety very seriously and will vigorously pursue all remedies available to them—both in criminal and civil court—to ensure that they are protected.”
