Manchester United midfielder Tosin Kehinde has pledged his international future to Nigeria ahead of England and was given the opportunity to train with the Super Eagles at their camp in London where they are currently preparing for their friendly encounter with Serbia even though he turned it down.
The Nigeria Football Federation Vice President Shehu Dikko, Secretary General Mohammed Sanusi and manager Gernot Rohr met with the Red Devils starlet at the Super Eagles Crowne Plaza Hotel in London on Sunday.
Born 18 June 1998, Kehinde is not eligible to represent the Flying Eagles at the next World Cup in Poland, as all players must be a maximum of 20 years old by the end of the calendar year in which the competition is played.
The Super Eagles will be holding their final training session today with Junior Ajayi and Oghenekaro Etebo finally making the squad.
