Kobe Bryant might be gone but he’s definitely not forgotten. Yesterday, popular singer, Adam Levine paid his respects to the basketball player when Maroon 5 delivered a virtual performance of “Memories” on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show.
Adam Levine wore Kobe Bryant’s old-school No. 8 jersey for the somber song that reminds us of the special people who are no longer with us. “Memories” will appear on Maroon 5’s forthcoming seventh studio album, the followup to 2017’s Red Pill Blues.
Earlier in the year, Levine held up a Lakers No. 24 jersey during the performance of “Memories” at Miami’s American Airlines Arena.
