Lionel Messi is set to miss the El Clasico after he was ruled out for three weeks with a fractured arm he suffered during Barcelona 4-2 victory over Sevilla.
The Argentine maestro landed heavily on his right arm after colliding with Franco Vazquez in the 24th minute.
Barcelona confirmed after the game that the 31-year-old suffered a fracture of the radial bone in his right arm and is set to miss the Champions League tie against Inter Milan in midweek and the clash with Real Madrid next Sunday.
The Catalonians are now top of the table with 18 points, one point above second-placed Alaves.
