Taylor Swift‘s accused stalker has been arrested for allegedly breaking into her Tribeca apartment building — for the second time in less than a year.
Roger Alvarado was arrested for allegedly breaking into the second-floor patio door to Swift’s Franklin Street home around 2:20 a.m., sources said.
When cops arrived, the door was open — and they soon found Alvarado allegedly “ransacked the place,” according to police.
Police said he used a ladder to climb the back of the building and then used a concrete block to smash through the glass door. He left a computer tower near the door.
Swift, who has an order of protection against Alvarado, was not home at the time. Cops charged him with stalking, burglary, felony criminal contempt for violating the order of protection, criminal mischief and two counts of burglar tools.
Just last month, the 22-year-old fanatic was sentenced to six months in jail as part of a plea deal for breaking into the same home in April.
