Roma-Nigerian right back Nura Abdullahi has been sidelined for one month due to heart problems as revealed by the club doctors.
The 20-year old defender was ordered to take a rest by club medics for precautionary purposes while further tests will be conducted next month.
According to a statement by Roma, it stated: ”On Wednesday 28 February, full-back Nura Abdullahi underwent scheduled cardiological tests. The results of the tests made it necessary that the player stop all sporting activity for a period of 30 days,”
”Following the completion of that period of rest, the player will undergo further tests.
This is not the first time, the Perugia player on loan from Roma will undergo a heart operation as it will be recalled that, three years ago he had to undergo a similar operation when he experienced the problem during a fitness test.
