On this week’s episode of Off the menu, popular singer and songwriter, pour very own Dr. Sid joins Soliat in the kitchen to cook up some delicious seafood pasta.

Ingredients:
-Pasta
-Tomatoes
-onions
-Fresh Pepper
-Tatashe
shrimp, peeled and deveined
– Boneless Fish 
-Salt
-Ginger
-Garlic
Freshly grated Parmesan
– Freshly chopped parsley
-Juice of 1/2 lemon
-Tomato Paste
Directions:

-In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package directions. Once the psta is done, drain it and pour it back into the pot.

-While that is happening, chop up the tomatoes, onions, pepper, Ginger and Tatashe and blend together

-Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, .fry a bit of tomato paste in hot oil

-After a few minutes, pour blended mixture into the fried tomato paste

-Add the shrimps and fish into the skillet and season with salt, maggi and pepper.

-Once Sause is ready, pour the cooked pasta into the sauce in the skillet and toss until fully coated

-Once that’s done, garnish with parsley and serve with Parmesan.
