Focus and discipline
It is important for you to keep your eyes on the ball so that you don’t lose focus. This is essential when you are starting off your business as there is a medley of challenges including finance, human resource, sales, and growth. When you eventually overcome these challenges, you now require discipline to maintain momentum. Ability to listen

Not having a listening ear will portray you as dictatorial and authoritarian. Besides, you do not only have to listen, you must also take action on the feedback you aggregated.
A company’s survival revolves around customers. So, if you want your business to be successful, having a strong customer focus and satisfying their needs is the way to go.
