Suspects have been arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department in connection with recent burglaries that have taken place in the homes of celebrities in Los Angeles.
These suspected burglars have gotten away with so much from the homes of these celebrities and it looks like the authorities have finally caught up with them.
One 19-year-old suspect named Tyress Williams was arrested in connection to burglarizing the homes of Rihanna, LA Dodgers Yasiel Puig, Christina Milian and LA Rams wide receiver Robert Woods.
LAPD has also arrested 3 more people in connection to the robberies and two of them are a mom-son duo!
It seems of the 4 suspects in custody, two are 19-year old young men, and one is an 18-year-old man. The last suspect is a 34-year-old woman who happens to be the mother of one of the teenaged boys, an LAPD Captain by the name of Lillian Carranza confirmed. She also says this crew of burglars have been “flocking” to these mansions to take items!
Law enforcement also believe there are more people involved in the burglaries and even suggests that the crew have already hit more than 24 homes in the area. They also believe the burglars have gotten away with more than $1 million in property, including around $50K in money, purses, watches and even a car.
Along with the stunning revelation, it seems the crew reportedly had other big names on their list of potential homes to hit. Among the names on the list is LeBron James (newly relocated to the Los Angeles area), Viola Davis and actor Matt Damon!
Police are asking for public help to strengthen their case against the suspects by identifying stolen objects and giving any additional information they have about the suspects in question!
