Apple have revealed that Pokemon GO, the augmented reality game that has taken the world by storm, has broken Apple’s records for the most downloads in a week.
Apple confirmed this impressive achievement although they have not revealed nor given the exact numbers. It’s especially surprising given that the game hasn’t even launched world wide- it’s only available in The US, Europe, Australia and more recently in Japan.
As expected, everyone is trying to jump on the bandwagon before its too late. Microsoft have added a “Pokemon Detector” to the image search feature on Onedrive, which basically allows users to easily spot creatures that are saved in the screenshots.
Also, there’s already a really cool iPhone case that gives users the advantage by making it easy for them to catch Pokemon when they are found.
We are pretty sure Pokemon Go will break more records in the future, as the wave sweeps all over the world and wins the hearts ou&bjn@k..
(Sorry…saw a Pikachu!)
