Three Thai tennis chair umpires have been given life bans and banned from attending professional tennis events after they were found guilty of match-fixing and betting offences.
The investigation was carried out by the Tennis Integrity Unit which was set up to look into corruption in tennis.
The three umpires Anucha Tongplew, Apisit Promchai and Chitchai Srililai manipulated scores inputted into the official scoring system, for betting purposes.
