Arsenal legend, Theirry Henry has agreed in principle, to become the new manager of French Ligue 1 side, Girondis Bordeaux though the news is not yet official.
The 41-year old who recently stepped down as a pundit with Sky Sports, was part of the coaching staff that led Belgium to a third-placed finish at the World cup.
According to a media outlet in France, RMC, Henry has agreed to take over from Gus Poyet who was recently sacked after expressing anger over the sale of Gaetan Laborde behind his back.
The Frenchman scored a total of 175 goals during his time at Arsenal and 10 goals while playing for MLS side New York Red Bulls.
