The Mistress of Wholesome
Stage play, The Mistress of Wholesome is set to be staged at Lagos Theatre Festival, 2019, starring actress, Omoye Uzamere. The stage play is a highlight of this edition of the festival, one of three curated productions. LAVENDAR
Awardwinning filmmaker, Kemi Lala Akindoju is proud to have made her debut as a Director on a stage play, titled ‘Lavendar’. The play stars Kehinde Bankole, Deyemi Okanlawon, Oludara Egerton-Shyngle and Rita Edward. The Lagos Theatre holds from the 8th to 14th of April, 2019. ‘Lavender’ will show three times during the festival. Find details here
HIGH
A new stage play is about to his the theatres and this one is socially sensitive. Titled ‘High’, the play dramatizes the phenomena of drug abuse and prescription medication in Nigeria.The stage play runs through Saturday 13th April and Sunday 14th April 2019 at Shell Hall, MUSON Center with performances at 2 pm and 6 pm daily.
