Everyday we’re are bombarded on the internet and everywhere else on the too-many-to-count benefits of drinking water. Aids metabolism thus helps in weight loss, especially belly-fat reduction, helps the flow of blood, great for the skin, the list is almost endless. But the truth that most of us have come to realize is, chugging down water just like that is not very fun. So here are some ways to make easier the healthy choice of drinking water:

food

Add Your Own Flavor: drinking tasteless water can seem like a herculean task. Add a little bit of excitement by infusing slices of fruits like grapes, oranges, pineapples or lemon slices for extra tasting. You can also add veggies like cucumber and mint leaves to your pitcher of water

Drink Before Every Meal: drinking a glass of water is a helpful way to curb calorie intake because it causes you to feel full so endeavor to drink a glass full before you eat that meal.

Use An App: Using an app or your phone reminder is a fun way to keep track of how much water you’ve drank and remind you to drink even more. So download the best suiting one on your mobile device and get-a-going.

Dilute Soda And Sugary Drinks With Ice: if drinking sodas and juice is your daily habit then you may want to add a healthy dose of ice whilst you drink. This way you still keep your sweet tooth while taking in a good dose of water.

Keep Your Water Close: Like, keep it real close. If you’re stuck all day working or travelling on end, you’re not going to remember to drink enough water. Keep a big pitcher of it in plain sight if you have a desk or a water bottle in your bag so you won’t have any excuse not to drink.

Eat Your Water: Hydrating yourself with water rich foods like cucumber, watermelons, celery or even light broth soups is one fun way to give your system the right water it needs.

Now go and conquer the water boredom!
