In the spirit of the premiere and release of the final Avengers battle, ‘Avengers: Endgame‘ worldwide, Google has introduced a new feature that any true Marvel fan would love to try out.
Here’s how this works:
Google the word ‘Thanos‘, then look to the right side of your screen. You’ll see Thanos’ gauntlet with all five Infinity stones inside and active. Click on that image and watch in horror as your search results and browser histories disappear before your eyes.
But before you panic, click on the gauntlet again and watch them all return. Cool isn’t it?
Google even gives you an updated count on search returns to show you the magnitude of your actions, displaying its familiar number of search results in the upper left corner. They decline from about 90 million results to just 45 million.
Marvel’s Avengers: Endgame began showing in cinemas worldwide on Thursday, April 25 (mostly private screenings here in Nigeria, though) and will officially open to the public from today, April 26.
It is going to be one of the most emotional Avengers movies so far, with us expecting an outcome from the disappearance of half of the Avengers back in Infinity War. Our hope is that Captain Marvel, whom Nick Fury called from the end of Infinity War can save the day now.
Here’s a cheat: If you have not watched Captain Marvel (WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN WAITING FOR?!), make sure you do before going to see the new Avengers: Endgame. Things will make better sense that way.
